I’m a PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner who is a solutions-oriented team player and leader with the ability to anticipate, identify and respond to changing business priorities. I’m able to communicate at all levels internally and externally, and have excellent interpersonal skills enabling me to act as a company ambassador when at client sites or stakeholder meetings.
For a decade I specialised in Information Security consultancy, and gained a wealth of experience in governance, verification testing, and security management outsourcing. With a specific interest in Social Engineering and Phishing assessments, I’ve assisted many organisations in developing a programme of activities to deliver a significant improvement in their ability to thwart these types of attack.
In 2016, I decided to venture in to the ITSM world, and joined TeamUltra who are the UK’s leading ServiceNow Gold partner. I currently manage customer projects for TeamUltra’s services, consultancy and integrated solutions around the ServiceNow platform.
