I’m a PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner who is a solutions-oriented team player and leader, with the ability to anticipate, identify and respond to changing business priorities. I’m able to communicate at all levels internally and externally, and have excellent interpersonal skills enabling me to act as a company ambassador when at client sites and stakeholder meetings.
For a decade I specialised in Information Security consultancy, and gained a wealth of experience in governance and security management. With a specific interest in Social Engineering and Phishing assessments, I’ve assisted many organisations in developing a programme of activities to deliver significant improvements to their security model.
In 2016, I decided to venture in to the ITSM world, and joined TeamUltra, a Computacenter company, who is the EMEA’s leading ServiceNow Gold Services partner.
